long and easy with very easy fartlek + hill sprints

nice comfortable run on a hilly loop with some very light fartleks.  1 min on, 4 min off.  plus 8 x 8 second hill sprints plus a little extra.  i didn’t feel sore today during the run, just a little tired.  i’m a little more sore tonight.  starting the week off well with a goal of an 80 mile week.
